Booking and Confirmation
1. Once we have received your request we will send you a full response within 24 hours with an email communicating the availability and the terms of the stay, the price and the method of payment.  We answer everyone, even if there is no availability.
2. To complete a booking it is sufficient to provide your confirmation via email to our response of availability.
3. The room is confirmed only once you receive our confirmation email with all required information.
4. The day of arrival the check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00. The day of departure the check-out time is 11:00.
5. Each guest must provide a valid picture id, without it we cannot accept the guest.

Payment Policy
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remainder of the payment is due at your arrival in cash or credit card. 

There are no refunds or discounts for late arrivals or early departures. This includes delayed flights.

Cancellations Policy
The cancellation of an already confirmed booking must be communicated via email to [email protected]. 

​Up to 15 days prior to arrival date: No charge. A full refund of the 50% deposit paid at the time of booking will be issued within 6 working days from the date of the cancellation notification. 

Less than 15 days prior to arrival date: 100% charge.  The full price of the booking will be incurred, i.e. the remaining 50% of the payment will be charged.

​If the guest, after arrival, do not want to remain the full length of stay booked they will still be charged the full price of the original booking.

Reservation Change Policy

The shortening of an already confirmed booking must be communicated via email at [email protected].

15 days prior to arrival date: No charge. The outstanding balance will be adjusted for payment at the end of the stay.
